*Canceled* MAKE x WorkshopSF
March 19, 2020 @ 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
**In following the city’s prevention recommendations around events where large numbers of people would be coming together and potentially exposed to the COVID-19 Coronavirus and in an effort to help minimize exposure, we will be canceling March’s MAKE x WorkshopSF. We hope to resume our MAKE after-hours evenings in April.
We appreciate your understanding and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at info@sfmcd.org.
On the third Thursday of each month, collaborate with artists and makers, explore unique themes and re-think materials through creative design projects.
This March, we will be celebrating National Craft Month with visiting artists from collaborators Workshop SF and SF Etsy! Brighten up your living space with a beautiful hanging kokedama moss ball plant, learn the sustainable mending technique “sashiko,” try your hand at intro to leathercraft, make an eco patch and practice tie dye techniques.
PLUS enjoy a super Dogpatch-centric culinary experience making DIY mustards using Magnolia Brewing Co. beer paired with homemade pretzels from MCD’s neighbors, Daily Driver.
Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for program updates.
Cash/Square bar for guests over 21 • Complimentary drink tickets for MCD members; ID required
Tickets available for purchase at the door.
$8 general admission
$6 students/seniors
Museum members FREE
*Activities subject (but not likely!) to change without notice.
