The Summer of Love brought a plethora of dreamers, dancers, and travellers to San Francisco and many of these people were still kids! Huckleberry House was founded in 1967 to provide shelter and services for this new, young population.

Still up and running in the Haight today, Huckleberry House is celebrating 50 years of history with tours of the original building, and a block party featuring live music and DJ, tie-dye, button making, and face painting. Plus, swing by the MCD booth to create a flower crown or feather headband to complete your hippie vibe!
