We are thrilled to announce that an exclusive studio tour and cocktail event with Marfa’s Mayor, Ann Marie Nafziger, has been added to our member trip. We’ve also scheduled private studio tours with Camp Bosworth, LeAna Clifton and gallery tours to the Wrong Store and Martha Hughes’ project, Marfa Works on Paper.
We’ll stay at the renowned Hotel Saint George and explore all Marfa has to offer including a newly added Private Sunset Tour of the Chinati Foundation. This not-to-be-missed gorgeous viewing will highlight Donald Judd’s 100 works in mill aluminum and concrete. Additionally, you’ll get to see work by Robert Irwin, John Chamberlain, Dan Flavin, Carl Andre, Roni Horn, Ingolfur Arnarsson, Coosje van Bruggen and many more.
We’ll also take you on an exclusive full collection tour of the Judd Foundation plus behind-the-scenes visits of local artist studios, galleries and visit perfectly curated shops. Don’t forget, Marfa is a foodie haven, so sharing meals at trendy eateries like The Capri or even the Food Shark truck, will be an added bonus!
