MCD Mobile MakeArt: Spring Fling SF Rec and Parks

Recreation and Parks’s annual Spring Fling celebrates the changing of the seasons with carnival rides, games, egg hunts, the SFPL Bookmobile, and climbing wall. MCD joins the party with an exhibition-inspired art project.

Look for the recently refurbished Mobile MakeArt van to creatively connect through in-person making or by picking up a FREE MakeArt Kit and admission to the museum!

FREE event and drop-in activity, all-ages welcome

Funding for the Museum of Craft and Design’s MakeArt programs is provided by the special interest license plate featuring the image of Snoopy, with permission and support from Peanuts Worldwide (Section 5169 of the Vehicle Code) for the Museum Grant Program under the California Cultural and Historical Endowment. Additional support for MakeArt is made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
