The Museum of Craft and Design partners with our neighbors at Dogpatch Boulders for February’s First Friday Members Pass Day. First Fridays invite gym members to bring a visitor to climb for free – it’s one of the three monthly passes included in membership.

Our MakeArt project invites you to weave with the static ropes donated by Dogpatch Boulders. While these ropes are no longer safe to climb, they make excellent, unconventional weft materials. Add to our community weaving project, create your own mini rug, and pick up a free ticket to MCD’s current exhibiton Ruglife to marvel at the fantastic fibers next door.
