MCD Library MakeArt: Parkside Open House

Parkside Library’s Open House connects community and library – bringing people into the shared space, collaborating with local organizations, and getting the neighborhood excited about reading.
MCD is excited to partner with Parkside and creatively activate the space! Join us at the Mobile MakeArt van to create a bookmark. Illustrated and co-authored by Fight and Flight featured artist, Liz Hernández, this project invites participants to mindfully observe the world around them and create a high lit(erature) design.
Craft to connect with in-person art making at the MakeArt van or pick up a FREE MakeArt Kit and admission to visit the museum!
