Mobile MakeArt: Library Fridays–Portola Branch

MCD’s Library Fridays brings hands-on creativity to branches across San Francisco.
MCD partners with the San Francisco Public Library to bring the Mobile MakeArt van to the Bayview, Bernal Heights, Excelsior, Mission Bay, Mission, North Beach, Portola, Potrero, and Visitacion Valley branches.
Join MCD at the Portola Branch Library and make art sustainably! Inspired by our recent exhibition, Designing Peace, this project invites participants to make a unique postcard using repurposed materials from past MCD projects—arguing that peaceful design is sustainable design.
